Abstract

The article consideres signal and complex function approximation by extremum, based on decomposition to alternating components. The researchers demonstrate that spectral, time-and-frequency and other features of signals can be determined on the basis of bell-shaped impulse approximations, which is crucial in terms of approximation application in technical systems.

Key words

spectrum, approximation, signal decomposition.
